It was a lovely warm evening of Feb  20th, that Kelli Cayman Cozlin joined us. From her birth, she already had a story to tell.

While her parents were on vacation in the Caymans, Kelli decided she was ready to pop on out and entertain us. And a story she had. Born three and a half months premature, weighing a low weight of only a pound & a half, and born blind, recieved open heart surgery, ..and fought it out. The day of  her surgery, her eyes hemmoraged, and her blue eyes appeared.

Although doctors thought she would need eye surgery and would be blind the rest of her life, her eyes miraculously recovered. The doctors also thought she had various disabilities, and would be challenged the rest of her life, Kelli proved them wrong. As a baby, she began swimming before she could walk, and by 1 year was talking, alert, and was very healthy. As a toddler, she flourished, She was singing and dancing by age 2-3, enrolling in dance classes, and was  in her first commercial by the age of 5.

Throughout her childhood, Kelli continued her love for the Arts. Whether it was singing in the church and school choir, or participating in a local theatre production, she pursued her love for performing. She performed with several professional children's theatre companies and sang at the Wilmington Strawberry Festival. At the end of her middle school years, she auditioned and was accepted into Pinellas County Center for the Arts- a magnet high school for the performing arts. Over hundreds of students audition, and a handful are picked per class ( 10-15 students). She deferred a year to chicago, where she studied theatre and got her first taste for comedy improvisation and directing. Her sophmore year, she attended Pinellas County Center for the Arts, as a musical theatre major, cast in two mainstage productions - West Side Story and Finale . Unfortunately, her family moved to San Francisco, so Kelli only stayed @ PCCA for one year, but would never forget her training. Her last two years of High School, she spend the summer studying at Second City Chicago studying comedy improvisation , and dove into dance and vocal training in california. She was cast in over 6+ mainstage productions her last two years, directing a full length play and drama awards show  her senior year, president of drama club, and  recieved theatre honors upon graduation. Kelli continued her drive for theatre and trained into College, pursuing a BFA Theatre Performance. She is in the membership candidate program (E.M.C.) in the Actor's Equity Association.

In ,Her Adult life, Kelli has been active in entertainment  whether it be:  theme park atmosphere,  dinner theatre, comedy improvisation, musical theatre, film/tv, vocal performance or various other performing opportunities. She is always learning and growing, and is always looking out for her next project! Willing to Travel.
